REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. GENERAL POLICY

This policy governs refunds and cancellations for services provided by Toothless Web and App.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

The following services are non-refundable:

Domain registrations

Domain transfers

Domain renewals

Custom development work already completed

Setup and configuration services

These costs are paid to third-party registries or involve completed labor.

3. HOSTING SERVICES

Hosting subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

If cancellation occurs:

Before renewal date — service continues until billing period ends

After renewal — refunds are not guaranteed

4. SaaS SUBSCRIPTIONS

SaaS subscriptions are billed:

Monthly or

Annually

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

For custom development projects:

Deposits are non-refundable

Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable

Work not yet started may be refundable at company discretion

6. CHARGEBACK POLICY

Clients agree not to initiate payment chargebacks without first contacting us.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

Account suspension

Service termination

Legal recovery actions

7. SERVICE TERMINATION

Accounts may be terminated for:

Violation of Terms of Service

Abuse of services

Non-payment

In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
